Good AI work needs context. Getting that context should never mean giving up control of your data.

1. Local-first by design

Brand definitions created in the web builder are primarily processed and stored in your browser’s local storage. We do not retain your proprietary marketing plans or transcripts in a centralized, searchable vector database. You can export your Pantry as COOKBOOK.md or a zip archive, then clear browser storage at any time.

2. Information we collect

3. How we use information

We use information to generate and deliver cookbook files, authenticate sessions, support users, enforce limits, prevent attacks, and keep the Platform available. We do not sell personal or brand information, train proprietary foundation models on private transcripts or uploads, or share uncommitted drafts with other users.

4. Service providers

Supabase provides authentication and backend services. Vercel hosts the web application, edge delivery, and serverless crawling functions. If you trigger extraction or interactive tuning, prompts may be sent securely to model providers such as Anthropic or OpenAI under their applicable commercial or zero-data-retention arrangements.

5. Research inputs and PII

Before using a recipe such as Customer Interview Synthesizer, remove names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other identifying details unless you have the required consent. Cookbook prompt contracts encourage models to exclude PII from summaries, but you remain responsible for what you submit and how outputs are used.

6. Your choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, export, or delete your data. Export your files from the builder, clear local storage to remove local Pantry data, or email us to request deletion of account records. You can disable non-essential analytics through your browser settings.
