Every package contains a portable SKILL.md with frontmatter, an operating contract, Quick run, Guided run, Workflow, Required output, Handoffs, and Safety sections.

Metadata declares profile fields a skill requires or writes, plus upstream and downstream relationships. The site builds its catalog from content/skills/*/SKILL.md.
